This policy covers Swirlio, the kaleidoscope toy made by Infinite Token, on iPhone, iPad, Android, and the web at swirlio.infinitetoken.com.

The short version: Swirlio doesn't collect, share, or sell your personal information. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking.

Data That Stays on Your Device

Everything Swirlio saves is stored on your device and never sent to us. That includes:

• Your settings: patterns, colors, particles, mirror, gravity, and the app's own options
• The history of your last looks, so the back button can step through them
• Whether you've seen the photosensitivity warning and the how-to-play guide

Deleting the app deletes all of it. On the web, clearing your browser data for this site does the same.

Microphone

Audio Reactive is off until you turn it on, and Swirlio only asks for the microphone at that point. While it's on, the app listens to the room and measures how loud the bass, middle, and treble are, so the swirl can move with the sound. That happens in memory on your device, a fraction of a second at a time. The audio is never recorded, saved, or sent anywhere. Turn Audio Reactive off, or remove the permission in your device's settings, and the app stops listening.

Motion

Tilt and Shake to Randomize read your device's motion sensors to roll the swirl and reroll its look. Those readings are used on the spot and never stored or sent.

App Updates

When you open the iPhone, iPad, or Android app, it checks for an update using Expo's update service. That request includes technical details needed to deliver the right update, such as the app version and platform, and a random installation ID that isn't linked to you. Like any internet request, it also includes your IP address. It never includes your settings or anything else the app saves. See Expo's Privacy Policy.

This Website

The web version of Swirlio is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard request logs (such as IP addresses) to serve and protect the site. The site sets no cookies. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.

Children

Swirlio is made for all ages. Because it doesn't collect personal information from anyone, it doesn't collect it from children either.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
